Who writes kefir-grains.co.uk

This guide is written and published by Natural Probio, a brand of live fermentation cultures. For years Natural Probio has sent milk kefir grains, water kefir grains and kombucha SCOBY to more than 20,000 households across the UK and Europe, with clear instructions in every parcel and a team that answers when a jar raises questions.
The questions that reach us every day shaped this site. "Where do I actually buy live grains?" comes first, and it has its own page.
Why a buyer's guide
Because buying kefir grains is confusing. The word "kefir" fills the chiller cabinets, but the living culture is nowhere to be seen, and online listings rarely say how fresh the grains are. We wanted one place that answers the buying questions plainly, with numbers that stay the same from page to page: 20 g of grains, 1 litre of whole milk, 24 hours at 20 to 25 °C.
Natural Probio sells kefir grains, and we say so on every page. Links to the shop are marked with a button.
Natural Probio in brief
Natural Probio grains are packed in their milk on the day of dispatch. Every order comes with a guide, an e-book and access to the recipes, a money-back guarantee and a replacement if anything goes wrong on arrival.
What you won't read here
No promises about what kefir might do for your body. It is a fermented milk drink, an old kitchen habit, and that is how we write about it. No recipe that changes from page to page. No number we haven't checked in practice.
